The Philippine Embassy in Dili wishes to inform the public that the Embassy will be open from 09:00 A.M. to 12:00  N.N. only on Tuesday, 06 September 2022. This is in anticipation of the impact of traffic rerouting and large crowds due to the public mass to be held at Tasi Tolu Park in honor of Cardinal Virgilio do Carmo da Silva of Timor-Leste.
