12 April 2025 - The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Dili invited members of the Filipino community to a demonstration aimed at providing an overview of the election process for the upcoming 2025 National Election.

The activity also served as a venue for participants to raise questions and share insights regarding the election procedure.

In addition, the Embassy conducted a final check and testing of the Automated Counting Machine (ACM) to ensure it runs properly on the first day of Overseas Voting (OV).

The voting period for the 2025 midterm elections is scheduled to begin on 13 April 2025 at 8:00 a.m. and conclude on 12 May 2025 at 8:00 p.m. (Timor-Leste time).
