The Embassy informs the public that it will resume its walk-in processing for Consular Services on 21 March 2022 onwards, subject to the following guidelines:
FOR PASSPORT SERVICES
- In view of the GOAS roll out, all applicants coming to the Embassy for passport application (new, renewal) shall be accommodated from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm;
- If not accommodated within the designated time slots for the day, applicants are advised to come back the following day for their transactions
- Priority will be given to Senior Citizens (60 years old and above), pregnant, PWDs, infants/toddlers passport applicants, and applicants with special needs;
- Applicants will be accommodated on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS;
- Walk in Processing will start promptly at 09:00 AM; and
- SLOTS CANNOT BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.
- Applicants with Lost Passports should bring the following documents:
Lost Valid Passports
- Police Report
- Photocopy of the lost passport, if any
- PSA Birth Certificate
- PSA Marriage Certificate for married applicants
- Notarized Affidavit of Loss
- $150.00 US Dollars passport fee
- 10 days clearing period upon submission of the complete documents
Lost Expired Passports
- Photocopy of the lost passport, if any
- Notarized Affidavit of Loss
- $150.00 US Dollars passport fee
FOR OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES (Authentication, certifications, Visa queries)
- Applicants shall be accommodated from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm;
- If not accommodated within the designated time slots for the day, applicants are advised to come back the following day for their transactions
- Priority will be given to Senior Citizens (60 years old and above), pregnant, PWDs, infants/toddlers passport applicants, and applicants with special needs;
- Applicants will be accommodated on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS;
- Walk in Processing will start promptly at 09:00 AM; and
- SLOTS CANNOT BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.
