The Embassy of the Philippines in Dili wishes to inform the public that from 01 January 2023 onwards, all Consular Services shall be subjected to the following guidelines:

FOR PASSPORT SERVICES

  • All passport applications shall be lodged at https://www.passport.gov.ph/ in compliance with the roll-out of the GLOBAL ONLINE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM (GOAS) FOR PASSPORTS;
  • All applicants for passport application (new, renewal, and lost passport) must bring their printed-out passport application forms and supporting documents;
  • Only applicants with COMPLETE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS shall be accommodated.
  • Priority will be given to Senior Citizens (60 years old and above), pregnant, PWDs, infants/toddlers passport applicants, and applicants with special needs;
  • SLOTS CANNOT BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.
  • Applicants with Lost Passports should bring the following documents:
  • Lost Valid Passports
  • Police Report
  • Photocopy of the lost passport, if any
  • PSA-issued Birth Certificate
  • PSA-issued Marriage Certificate for married female applicants
  • Affidavit of Loss notarized by the Ministry of Justice or by PE Dili
  • USD$150 passport fee
  • Ten (10) days clearing period upon submission of the complete documents
  • Lost Expired Passports
  • Photocopy of the lost passport, if any
  • Notarized Affidavit of Loss
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • PSA Marriage Certificate for married women applicants
  • US$150 passport fee

FOR VISA APPLICATIONS

  • Visa applicants may walk in from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. only.
  • Only applicants with COMPLETE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS shall be accommodated.
  • THE PROCESSING PERIOD OF VISAS FOR BUSINESS, LEISURE / TOURISM IS FIVE TO SEVEN (5-7) WORKING DAYS.
  • THE PROCESSING PERIOD FOR 9E VISA APPLICATIONS FOR FOREIGN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IS TEN (10) WORKING DAYS.
  • Applicants who finalized their travel itinerary/E-tickets before said PROCESSING PERIODS SHALL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED.
  • Visa release is from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. only.
  • Applicants with VISA queries are advised to send questions to the Consular Section’s WhatsApp or Viber number +670 74267871.

FOR OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES (Authentication, certifications, Notarial Services)

  • Applicants can walk in from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  • Applicants will be accommodated on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS;
  • If not accommodated within the designated time, applicants are advised to return the following day for their transactions.
  • Priority will be given to Senior Citizens (60 years old and above), pregnant, PWDs, infants/toddlers passport applicants, and applicants with special needs;
  • Walk-in processing will start promptly at 9:00 A.M.; and
  • SLOTS CANNOT BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE.
