Title: ONLINE STORYTELLING EVENT FOR BUWAN NG WIKA

In celebration of Buwan ng Wika, the Philippine Embassy in Dili wishes to invite overseas Filipinos in Timor-Leste to an online storytelling event entitled "Samot-Saring Hiraya: Imagination through Filipino Stories" to be livestreamed today, 22 August 2023, at 2:00 P.M. (PHST) on the official YouTube channel and official Facebook page of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

This online event will be held by the DFA-Office of Public Diplomacy (DFA-OPCD), in cooperation with Storyhouse Philippines. 

This online event aims to promote understanding and appreciation of oral storytelling, cultures, and the arts through Filipino folktales.
