The public is hereby informed that pursuant to the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for Infectious Diseases Resolution No. 56, Series of 2020, issued on 16 July 2020:

Beginning 01 August 2020, foreign nationals who possess Philippine Immigrant Visas: a) Section 13, RA 7191 (foreign nationals who are granted legal residence status through a social Integration Program in the Philippines); b) EO 324 Visa (foreign nationals who have acquired permanent residency status); and c) Native born Visa (foreign nationals born in the Philippines whose parents, either or both are lawful permanent residents) are allowed entry to the Philippines provided they meet the following requirements/conditions:

  1. Have valid and existing visa at the time of entry. No new entry visa application shall be entertained;
  2. With pre-booked accredited quarantine facility;
  3. With pre-booked COVID 19 testing provider;
  4. Subject to maximum capacity of inbound passengers at the port and date of entry; and
  5. Without prejudice to applicable immigration laws, rules and regulations

In addition to the above, the following are allowed entry to the Philippines:

  1. Accredited Foreign Diplomats and their dependents
  2. Foreign spouses and children of Filipino citizens
  3. Foreign airline crew

  • The issuance of new visas by Philippine Foreign Service Posts remain suspended, except for issuance of 9(c) visas to foreign seafarers entering the Philippines to join a vessel.
